    Types of hyaluronic fillers

Hyaluronic fillers are injectables that are used to restore volume and improve facial contours. There are several

types of hyaluronic fillers, which differ in the concentration of hyaluronic acid, structure and duration of action.

Soft fillers have a low concentration of hyaluronic acid. They are designed to eliminate fine lines and wrinkles, as well as to add volume to the lips. Their effect usually lasts about 6-12 months.

Medium fillers have a medium concentration of hyaluronic acid. They are used for deeper wrinkle correction and facial volume enhancement. The effect lasts from 9 to 12 months.

Solid fillers have a high concentration of hyaluronic acid. They are used for deep hydration and improvement of facial contours (contour plastics). They can last about 12-18 months.

The choice of the type of hyaluronic filler is based on the individual needs of the patient. Cosmetologists of our clinic select the most suitable type of drug for each patient.

    Juvederm

Juvederm is one of the most popular fillers for volume enhancement and wrinkle correction on the face. The Juvederm line is represented by several different products, each with a specific purpose. Information about the products is provided in the table below.

Stages of contour plastic surgery under the eyes

    Step #1.

Preparing for the procedure. The doctor examines and evaluates the skin to determine the required amount of filler and select the most suitable injection points. The skin under the eyes is then cleaned and disinfected.

    Step #2.

Anesthesia. Local anesthesia is used before the procedure to reduce possible discomfort and pain.

    Step #3.

Filler injection. At this stage, the doctor injects the filler into specific points under the eyes using a thin needle. The filler fills the problem areas, reducing wrinkles and deep folds, and also provides volume and hydration to the skin.

    Step #4.

Massage and correction. After the filler is injected, the doctor will perform massage movements to distribute the product evenly and achieve the desired effect. If necessary, the doctor can also adjust the volume of the filler.

    Step #5.

End of procedure. After the procedure is completed, the doctor evaluates the result and gives recommendations for under-eye skin care. This usually includes limiting physical activity and using special skin care products.

    Results of the procedure

Fillers help to even out the skin and smooth out wrinkles, which makes the appearance under the eyes more youthful and fresh, stimulate the production of collagen and elastin in the skin, which helps to strengthen and improve its tone, can hide dark circles under the eyes and give the face a more rested and fresh expression. After the introduction of fillers, volume is added and the skin around the eyes is tightened, which makes the look brighter and more expressive.

    Indications

Fillers are used to smooth and lighten dark circles under the eyes, which can be caused by genetic factors, fatigue, stress, or aging. As we age, collagen and elastin levels in the skin decrease, causing hollows and bags under the eyes. Fillers can restore volume, creating a more youthful, fresh appearance.

Fillers containing hyaluronic acid smooth out fine wrinkles and fine lines around the eyes – like crow’s feet. They also moisturize the area and improve skin texture. After injection, the skin under the eyes tightens, and bags and skin folds are eliminated.

Consult with a doctor at our clinic, who will conduct a comprehensive examination, study your medical records, assess all risks and contraindications and choose the safest approach to achieve the desired results.

    Contraindications
